Hello In the new HMC GUI how can I put the IP address on the virtual ent and not over the sea adapter which is not a good practice .I couldn’t find it during the process. Thank you
Are you planning to have another IP address on the VIOS where the SEA is created? You need to create another ethernet adapter (new vETH adapter) on the parition profile and assign an IP address as you do it for any AIX LPAR.
